1) SBC-2525 Insulating Glass CNC Spacer Bar Bending Machine is available for all kinds of dgu glass unit aluminium spacer bending, stainless steel spacer bar bending, tgi spacer bending, swiss spacer bar bending, thermix spacer bar bending and chromatech ultra spacer bar bending. The machine adopt PLC controller, touch HMI features simple operation.
2) Feeding system adopt CNC servo motor, bending angle adopt CNC control system also.
3) Four material storage slots can be used for four different size of spacers.
4) Bending and cutting automatically avoid the connection and the round corner also. Automatically cut after bending.
5) Manual operation model feartures easy for debug and maintenance.
6) It can make rectangle, triangle, pentagon, hexagon, round shape spacer frame.
7) The machine feature simple structure, less malfunction, easy maintenance, easy operation and high efficiency.
